Lindt & Sprüngli’s field team flawlessly translated our Joint Category Plan into record sales through exceptional in-store execution. Investing 120,000 merchandising hours, a 15% increase on last year, to activate key events, their direct support powered exceptional sales growth on their Everyday range.

Representing Delroy Avocados, Ross’ 25 years of deep category knowledge drives sustained growth. His support leveraged this year’s bumper WA crop, achieving record sales volumes while delivering a high-value offer to customers. Ross’s strategy focuses on end-to-end supply chain excellence and a customer-first mindset, enabling strong mutual growth.

Trophies with Purpose
Once again, the Trade Partner of the Year trophies are being made in partnership with a community group, embodying the powerful social impact of our collaborations across Australia. This year, the trophies were handcrafted by Nigretta of Hamilton, a not-for-profit organisation and a division of are-able Social Enterprises, using sustainably sourced materials. Nigretta of Hamilton offers a safe and meaningful environment, providing employment opportunities to people with a disability or experiencing disadvantage. Discover their story in the video below.
