How your feedback is actively improving the Partner Hub experience

At Woolworths, we’re committed to transparent and collaborative supplier partnerships. That’s why your feedback through our Voice of Supplier (VOS) program is so critical. We’re listening, and we’re actively using your insights to improve the tools you use every day. We’re excited to share a new enhancement to the Partner Hub that was driven directly by your feedback.

Your insights, our improvements

Back in June 2024, during our FY25 Business Update, we shared with you that we were establishing a team to improve timing and notification processes for range reviews. Detailed feedback regarding range review notifications, notably between Wave 39 and Wave 48, helped us to better understand your experience and work towards a more seamless and positive user experience.

A direct result of your feedback: Range Review Calendar Notifications

You told us that it was easy to miss updates, which could impact your planning. We’ve listened and, in response, have launched a new improvement: weekly email notifications for Range Review Calendar changes. Every Wednesday morning, you will receive a consolidated email that summarises any changes to Visual Planogram (VPOG) and/or Final Submission dates within the last 7 days, for all the Range Reviews you are subscribed to. This new feature supplements the existing in-app bell notifications and ensures you never miss a critical update. Other key features of this enhancement include:

Smart subscription:

You will be automatically subscribed to a sub-category’s Range Review if your company’s related products are ranged and active within it.

Consolidated emails:

If you are part of a Supplier Group, or a contact for multiple vendor numbers, you will receive one simple email outlining all changes, organised by vendor number and Range Review.

Streamlined:

You will not be notified of date changes more than six months in the future, keeping your inbox focused on more immediate priorities. These notifications will only arrive in your inbox if you are subscribed, and have Product Access.

Sharing feedback through Voice of Supplier: How to help us improve

Based on your valuable insights through the Voice of Supplier program, we are able to identify pain points and make targeted improvements that genuinely make your work easier. Thank you to our Trade Partners who have engaged with the Voice of Supplier program, and helped us to improve the Partner Hub experience. We want to remind you that the VOS survey is always anonymous, which is why we can’t simply pick up the phone to ask for more details. The more detailed your feedback is, the better we can understand the issue and work with our teams to find a solution. This doesn’t just apply to Partner Hub; any detailed feedback you provide on any topic helps us improve in those areas.

Make sure your commentary is detailed enough to give us a specific issue to investigate and a clear path to a solution. For example, the depth of an issue; if you’re experiencing a problem, it’s incredibly helpful to know if it’s affecting a single store, a particular state, or if it is on a national level. This context allows us to prioritise and escalate issues effectively. Again, your candid and detailed feedback is greatly appreciated, and it allows us to make targeted improvements that really matter to you and enhance the relationships that are so important to our businesses.
