Reminder to review and return your revised Vendor Trading Terms
As you’d be aware, Woolworths is currently in the process of transitioning to new Vendor Trading Terms (Part B) to fully reflect the updated Grocery Code’s mandatory protections for suppliers and to align with current practices. Thank you to the hundreds of Trade Partners who have already signed and returned their new Vendor Trading Terms (Part B). Your support with this transition is appreciated. We are aiming to have all Trade Partners signed up to the revised Part B – General Terms by Friday, 31 October 2025.
What you need to do
If you have reviewed the revised Vendor Trading Terms (Part B) and you’re comfortable to agree to them, you can digitally sign and return those Vendor Trading Terms via the DocuSign link that we provided (this link, together with instructions, was sent to you together with your copy of the revised Vendor Trading Terms).
Alternatively, if you’d like to discuss your revised Vendor Trading Terms (Part B) with us before signing, we ask you to contact us as soon as practicable at [email protected].
Please note that if you do not at least respond to us by 31 October 2025 and continue to trade with us, we will deem you to have fully accepted the revised Vendor Trading Terms.

What’s changed?
We have updated our Vendor Trading Terms to fully reflect the Grocery Code’s mandatory protections for suppliers, improve clarity and reflect our current ways of working.
Our Vendor Trading Terms is comprised of two parts:
- Part A – Commercial Terms: This outlines key commercial terms we’ve agreed on with you.
- Part B – General Terms: This contains the core operational framework and legal obligations of our trading relationship.
Only the Part B (General Terms) have been changed in the revised Vendor Trading Terms. Your Part A (Commercial Terms) remain unchanged.
