Updated Range Review Timelines
Woolworths has introduced a small, but important, change to the Major Range Review process that will give Trade Partners more time to prepare for, and respond, to final ranging decisions.
Until now, the period between Milestone 41, Notice of Final Delisting (Letter C), which details the results of new and deleted lines, and Milestone 43, which involves the handover of final Ins & Outs to our team, was one week. To create a smoother transition, this timeframe has now been extended to two weeks.
Additionally, where new products or packaging changes are involved, we are asking you to submit samples one week earlier to ensure our internal teams have sufficient time to build articles and support accurate setup. If this presents issues for you, please let us know.
The overall process otherwise remains unchanged. More detailed information is available via Partner Hub or the Range Review Calendar. For any products subject to a range review, the timelines specific to that review will continue to be communicated via Letter A.
